This is a minty example of a Colt 1911A1, issued to the US Military in 1943. It is "US Property" marked and has a cross-canon military cartouche on the tang. The slide is not numbered. This gun has retained about 97% of its finish. There is a hint of muzzle wear and some areas of very minor thinning on the slide. It comes with excellent grips and a correct magazine. The bore is excellent - shiny with strong rifling and just a little frosting in the grooves.
