2/24/20 - This is a minty, all original K98 rifle bayonet. The bayonet is complete with the original scabbard. The scabbard has a small area of thinning on one side near the tip, but is all original with no dents. It is 'dot 43' marked, with E/63 proof. The bayonet itself is beautiful with excellent finish on the blade and no signs of sharpening. Serial numbered "6851" and maker stamped on the reverse side (dot). Dated '43' on the spine. Wooden handle is tight & secure with no cracks or chips. All original and correct.
