3/21/18 - This is an incredible, “as new” example of a scarce German Border Guard Sig P210, made in early 1950s in Switzerland and chambered in 9mm Para. Only around 5,000 of these rare pistols were made for the West German Border force and most saw heavy field use for many years. This gun is mint with no wear that we can see and has nearly 100% of its original blue, with just a couple of minuscule handling marks. Excellent grips and bore. It has sharp markings, including a German military proof on the left side and comes with an excellent original brown holster. The SIG P210 is universally considered to be the best “out of the box” gun ever made, with fit and finish second to none. This is by far the best example we/ve seen of this scarce military contract variation and would be nearly impossible to upgrade.
