2/13/20 - This is the finest example we've encountered of the Polish M44 carbine. This particular rifle was manufactured in 1952 and features an '11' in circle marking on receiver, which may indicate manufacture at the Radom factory in Poland as it was referred to as factory #11. There is some debate over this from what I could find in researching, as some attribute these to Mosin Nagant. This gun is fully matching, including buttplate, magazine, bolt, receiver, etc. There is just a hint of muzzle wear, but the gun looks virtually untouched otherwise. Stock is mint and so is the bore. Canvas sling is included. Small import mark on bayonet attachment.
