6/8/18 - This is an bsolutely magnificent, mint example of an early “pre-war commercial” Mauser broomhandle, made around 1907-1908. It retains over 99.5% of the original “rust blue”, with no patination, pitting or freckling. You would have to look hard to find any wear on the gun - maybe the tiniest edge wear on the front of the rails. Mint bore and grips. All matching, including a mint original stock. Beautiful fireblue on the small parts. A 110 year old gun that looks like it left the factory yesterday. Museum quality.
