4/2/21 - This is a mint example of a Walther P.38 manufactured in May of 1963. It was manufactured before the designation of this design was changed to P1. This particular gun has no commercial proofs but instead has German Government proofs on the frame and slide. It was issued to the German Bondeswehr. The Bundeswehr is the unified armed forces of Germany and their civil administration and procurement authorities. The gun is all matching and comes with a parkerized "P.38"-marked magazine that has been NATO numbered. The magazine is dated 6/63. The gun is in mint condition - just very minor freckling on the chamber. Comes with excellent grips. Import mark on the front strap. De-cocker is functional.
