6/18/19 - This is a nice example of an original Smith & Wesson M1917 revolver that is UNITED STATES PROPERTY marked and military issued. The polished blue finish is original and rates at 93-95% with the majority of finish loss on either side of the muzzle, and a little more on the cylinder and left side of the frame. One grip panel is hand numbered and matching to the gun. Fantastic bore. The S&W M1917s seem to come around way less frequently than the Colt's.
