12/21/22 - This is a minty example of a late-war, put-together Walther P.38. This is a known variation - the slide, frame, and barrel are mismatched but in the correct "c" block. There is also only one "Eagle 359" Nazi military acceptance proof on the right side of the slide, indicating it never made it to final inspection. This particular gun is in minty condition, retaining about 98% of its bluing. There are light handling marks here and there and minor thinning on the front strap. There is also some very light spotty oxidation on the front strap. It comes with excellent grips and a Walther mag. The bore is mint. De-cocker is functional.
