4/6/21 - This is a nice example of an Arisaka Type 99 issued to the Japanese military during WW2. It is all matching and comes with a period-correct bayonet and scabbard (not matching). The mum has been ground off the receiver. The gun has retained most of its original finish, but there is spotty oxidation and rust throughout, most noticeable on the floor plate and butt plate. Nice stock with dings, dents, and scratches throughout. Anti-aircraft rear sight is intact. The bore is shiny with strong rifling.
