7/31/20 - This is an original WW2 Inland M1A1 paratrooper carbine stock, including the matching upper hand guard. It is of the "high wood" variation, correct for a Type 1 paratrooper carbine. Both are "IO" Inland maker marked. There is a "P" proof on the back of the stock and a faint cross-canon military cartouche on the bottom of the grip. There are faint numbers on the metal butt stock. Overall, it is in excellent condition except for a scratch on the left side of the slide and a few light scuffs throughout. There is minor freckling on the metal parts and some wear along the high edges. The hand guard is excellent. All correct.
