10/16/20 - Military Holsters of World War II authored by Eugene J. Bender. In this book about 200 holsters from private collections are photographed, front and back, and described as to: material, construction, and markings. The most detailed part is on German manufactures (about a third of the book), with strong sections on Japan and Italy. Many small countries receive some treatment, notably Sweden, Hungary, and Spain in some detail. Norway, the Netherlands, Canada, Iran, Poland, Portugal, France, and Finland have representation, but Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey have none. The photos are clear and well done. 205 pages.
