11/2/18 - This is a gorgeous commercial Colt M1911 from 1937. It is all correct and original with 93-94% beautiful polished blue finish remaining. There is minor finish loss along the rounded edges of the slide and the muzzle, as well as a couple small areas of rub wear on the straps and trigger guard. Proper Colt barrel with 'S' proof under the lug. Correct two-tone magazine with 'COLT .45 AUTO' on the bottom. Fantastic bore. Matching numbered slide.
