6/5/19 - This is a beautiful example of a late-war German K98, retaining nearly all of its original blue finish. It is coded 'DOT 1944' on the receiver ring, all matching, and has sharp waffenamts throughout. The original wood stock is in great condition as well with no major defects. It is also 'dot' marked and properly unnumbered. 'H' marking for Heer army is visible on the side. Excellent bore. Comes with a near-mint, original bayonet that is marked 'dot 43' on the scabbard. Original sling and sight hood are present, too. Just a stunning, almost unissued, German WWII rifle.
