10/22/21 - This is a gorgeous Colt Model 1903 that was manufactured in 1911 in an original Colt box. It's a fairly early example with beautiful fire-blued small parts and comes with the early surfboard Colt grips. The lustrous blue rates at about 98% with just a bit of muzzle and edge wear towards the front of the slide, and a small dot of bluing loss on the front strap. Minty bore, looks like it has been fired very little. Terrific grips, no handling wear to note. Comes with correct, all blued magazine. Box has faint serial on bottom but isn't clear enough to make out.
