6/5/17 - This is a very nice M1935A, manufactured by SACM (Societe Alsacienne Construction Mecanique) in Cholet, France. It is Nazi-marked E/WaA251 on the left side of the slide, making this the more common 2nd variation model of these pistols. Overall, they remain fairly scarce for German Army pistols of that time, with only about ~24,000 produced. The serial dates this one to the early or middle end of the range, likely produced somewhere around 1941/42. The original finish is about 96-97%, with the largest spots of wear found on the front strap and the right side of the slide. It is all original and correct with a mint bore.
