6/30/20 - This is an all matching French Mauser P.38 from 1946 with French star on slide and locking block. Also has Bavarian Police markings on left side of frame. The finish rates at about 97% with minor high edge wear on slide and muzzle. Very faint import mark on underside of barrel. Good mechanics, including de-cocker. Gray ghost style grips. Locking block strangely has pitting along the left side of it but shouldn't affect function or fit and appears purely a cosmetic issue that remains hidden. Wartime magazine is marked P.38v on body and has a serial etched along spine.
