5/28/21 - This is a very nice example of a French-made Mauser HSC manufactured immediately after WW2. It is matching and has the French "RW" proof on the left side of the trigger guard. It has retained about 98% of its bluing. There is very minor thinning on the straps and a hint of wear around the muzzle. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are areas of significant pitting around the muzzle, bottom edge of the left side of the slide, back strap, and left side of the trigger guard. There are some heavy dots of oxidation on the straps. Comes with fairly worn wood grips and a proper magazine. Mint bore.
