3/7/19 - This is an excellent Roth-Steyr M1907 pistol rig, manufactured in 1910. Adopted by the Austro-Hungarian Army in 1907 and manufactured by Osterreichische Waffenfabrik-Ges in Steyr, Austria, from 1907 to 1914. The pistol functions with a locked breech, rotating barrel action. Features a double action trigger, knurled cocking piece, fixed blade and notch sights, and the second variation frame with the disconnector pin. The top of the barrel is marked "WAFFENFABRIK STEYR," and the rear of the frame is marked "W.n/eagle/10". The pistol is all original with about 97% high-polish blue remaining, showing most finish loss on the left side of the barrel. The bluing on the straps is excellent but there is patina/oxidation present throughout both areas. Bore is shiny with strong rifling. The rig is completed by a reproduction holster with two stripper clips and a few rounds of proper ammunition.
