7/31/20 - This is a fantastic DWM Luger rig, manufactured in 1914. It comes with a holster, two magazines, and a luger tool. The gun is all matching. There are German imperial proofs on the right side of the slide. The gun has retained about 97-98% of its original finish. Most of the wear is a small area on the top right corner of the slide. There is very minor freckling here and there, minor muzzle wear, and a very small surface scratch on the top of the chamber. Some strawed finish is in tact on the small parts. Excellent original grips that match the gun. Both of the magazines are period-correct and wood bottom but are unnumbered and therefore commercial. One of the magazines has a large, very noticeable chip in it. The gun also comes with a period-correct holster. No date is visible. The name of the soldier is written inside the top flap. The luger tool is unmarked. The bore of the gun has good rifling, but there is minor pitting throughout.
