SOLD - Extremely RARE - RZM SS Walther PPK

8/31/17 - This is a gun that most Walther collectors want but may never have an opportunity to own.   Unfortunately, this one is really in bad shape.   Before we send this out for restoration we thought it best to see if anyone wants it "as is".    The gun has a dull refinish over pitting BUT it is a muzzle numbered RZM - the 1st variation of SS contract PPK's.    This is the rarest and most desirable of the SS contract guns.  An all original condition muzzle numbered PPK recently sold for $6500.  The serial is in the proper SS RZM range as it is 841287.  It appears to be all correct, but of course the finish and pitting hurts the collector value.   Still... if you want a place holder till a better one comes along, consider this RZM.    Mechanically it seems to function just fine. Comes with a wartime magazine in similar condition to the gun.   The bore is excellent.
