9/19/19 - This is an original and correct RZM marked Walther PPK from 1935. The RZM (Reichs Zeug Meisterei) was the equipment office of the NSDAP and was established to contract for equipment. These pistols were commonly thought to be issued to the German political leaders of the time. The bluing on this pistol rates at around 95-96%, with muzzle wear on each side of the slide, and minor finish loss on the right side of the slide. There are also a couple small areas of pinpricking toward the rear of the slide on either side. Early 90 degree safety. Excellen finger extension magazine with no major cracks or chips. Grip is in good condition but does have a crack on the right side. Terrific bore.
