4/25/18 - This is a very nice example of a second variation ac 42, in the late C block. The first variation had E/359 small parts and numbered mags, but this slowly disappeared up until the mid-C range (1 - about 5000C). This one is LATE C block so that it would not have a numbered mag and most small parts are not waffen proofed. The take down lever on this one does have E/359 on the bottom. The grips are very nice. And the duller military finish is all original and covers about 97-98% of the gun. There is just minor edge wear on the slide and muzzle. The mechanics are very good with a properly working de-cocker. The bore is shiny with excellent rifling. It has a correct 359 marked magazine and proper grips.
