10/30/20 - This is an excellent example of a Walther Mod HP made for the commercial market in about 1940-41. It is all matching and has "Eagle N" proofs. This gun has a beautiful look to it. The bluing has a vibrant plum hue, especially on the internal parts. If it weren't for the thin front strap, the gun would be minty. With the wear on the front strap, it has retained roughly 90-92% of its original finish. There is also minor muzzle wear and thinning on the barrel through the ejection port. It has excellent grips and comes with a military waffen-proofed magazine. The gun is fully functional, including the de-cocker. The bore is minty.
