3/25/21 - This is an excellent example of a Springfield M1 Garand. The receiver dates to April of 1945. The barrel was replaced in 1952, likely for the Korean war. The metal parts look like they have been re-parkerized. Import mark on the barrel. The gun has retained most of its finish. There is wear around the muzzle and handling marks on the barrel. The stock has no proofs. It is excellent except for some very minor dings and dents here and there. Minty bore.
