5/27/21 - This is an excellent example of a Saginaw M1 Carbine issued to the US military around 1944. It has a bayonet lug and adjustable rear sight, likely added for the Korean war. It comes with a two period-correct magazines, a 1943-dated magazine pouch, and a correct sling marked "USN". The gun has retained almost all of its finish with spotty oxidation here and there.
