7/14/21 - This is an excellent example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in May of 1943. The gun is all matching and has the proper "Eagle 88" military proofs. It has retained about 95% of its original finish. Most of the wear is on the front strap, where there is also some spotty oxidation. The rest of the gun is minty. There is very minor wear on the high edges of the slide, around the muzzle, and on the top plate. Comes with excellent grips and a period-correct magazine. The bore has strong rifling with very minor pin-pricking throughout. De-cocker is functional.
