10/5/17 - This is an excellent Mauser byf 44 P.38 in all original condition. Bluing rates at about 98% with minor edge and muzzle wear, and all numbered parts are matching. This is a bit of a unique variation in that the acceptance proofs on the right side of the slide are mixed. One is Eagle/135, the other is WaA/135. Research dates this pistol to a manufacture date of March, 1944. Beautiful grips and excellent bore.
