6/5/20 - This is an excellent Colt M1911A1 from 1943 in original condition. The parkerized finish rates at 97-98% with minor muzzle and high edge thinning, and slight finish loss where slide meets frame. Proper inspector marks and proofs, with correctly unnumbered slide. Colt barrel. Excellent grips and bore. 'R' marked magazine. The holster is minty and Sears made. It does not have a date on it.
