6/23/21 - This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920's. It is all matching and has the proper "Crown N" commercial proofs. The "Germany" marking on the slide indicates it was intended to be exported to the international market. It has retained about 96-97% of its original finish. There is minor wear on the side plate, front edges of the side rails, and around the muzzle. There is spotty oxidation on the straps. One light scratch on the front strap. Comes with excellent un-numbered grips and a period-correct blank-bottom commercial magazine. Very nice bore - strong rifling with very minor freckling in the grooves.
