6/9/21 - This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger rig that was initially issued to the Imperial German Army in 1914. It was then reworked after the war and eventually issued to the Nazi police force during WW2. It has a "1920" rework marking on the chamber, an added police sear safety, and a matching WW2-era Armorer's replacement magazine (numbered at the police arsenal). The gun also comes with a 1935-dated police-style holster - the stitching that holds the top flap on is coming undone. The gun is all matching and has the proper Imperial proofs. It has retained about 97% of its original bluing. There are just hints of wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Very minor pin-pricking on the straps. Comes with excellent original matching grips. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling.
