8/7/20 - This is an excellent Mauser P.38 rig from April of 1943. It has 96-97% of the original, dust blue finish. There's a hint of thinning on the front strap, and standard high edge wear otherwise. All matching and original. Strong, shiny bore and good mechanics. The grips would be excellent but it appears the pistol was dropped on its right side at some point as there is an impact crack on the right panel. Both magazines are E/135 marked, same as the pistol. The holster is a pebble grain variant in good condition except it was embellished at some point and the embellishment has been removed. It's dated to 1944 with 'cxe' maker mark.
