8/17/21 - This is a nice, honest example of an Enfield Sht LE III rifle from 1919. The original finish is in very good condition with some wear and patina on the magazine, bands and sights. Matching numbers on bolt, receiver and rear sight. Stock is in good condition but does have a notable coat of lacquer throughout. Bore has decent rifling but a good amount of frost throughout. It comes with a 1907 bayonet marked 'Anderson', and includes the scabbard. The handle is also marked '2.R.C 4. 2.7.', perhaps a unit marking?
