5/6/21 - This is a nice example of an end-of-war Walther PP manufactured in 1945. It is a 5th variation gun, characterized by no slide legend, an "ac" Walther factory code on the right side of the slide, and no proof marks. The gun is mismatched, never issued, and was put together by a GI after the liberation of the factory. The gun has retained about 90% of its original finish. It has pretty nice profile views as most of the wear is on the back strap. There is minor wear around the muzzle and small dings and handling marks along the slide. Comes with excellent grips and a satin-nickel plated magazine. The bore is near-mint.
