2/15/19 - Made in 1942, this is an excellent example of a war-time Nazi army Mauser HSc. This third variation HSc has a serial number in the late 700,000s and features a characteristic military Eagle/135 proof. The early high-polish finish is in great condition. There is, however, some honest, high-edge holster wear around the muzzle, a few minor surface scratches on the right side of the slide near the muzzle, and minor scratches on the front strap. Overall we rate the finish 97-98%. The bore is shiny with very strong rifling, 9.5/10. Mechanically sound and fully functional. Comes with period-correct Mauser magazine.
