SOLD - Early Waffen Eagle/359 Walther PPK

5/3/18 - This is a rare eagle/359 proofed Walther PPK pistol. This desirable WW2 military variation pistol is all original and fully functional with some honest use wear. The right side of the slide has a German name engraved/etched. This adds character to the gun, but we can't confirm this was the original owner of the pistol. The gun is rated at about 92-93% condition given the bluing loss throughout the pistol. The front strap has the most wear, but there is no rust or pitting. There is some normal bluing loss on the slide as well that clearly shows use / action throughout the years. The bore is very nice with strong rifling and a minor amount of patina. There are only about 3,500 estimated eagle/359 PPK pistols, issued to the German Luftwaffe during WW2.
