6/4/21 - This is a very nice example of a Walther PPK that was issued to the Third Reich Postal Service in 1935. The gun is matching and has the proper "DRP" Deutches Reichs Post marking. This particular gun also has military waffen proofs on the left side of the gun. We do not believe these are original, but the DRP marking is original. There are British export proofs on the right side of the gun. Makes for a great conversation piece. The gun has retained about 93% of its original bluing. There is minor wear around the muzzle and scratchy spotty wear on along both sides of slide and on the front strap. Tiny dots of oxidation on the right side of the gun. Comes with an excellent grip (very small crack on the spine) and a banner-only high polish magazine. The Walther banner is very faint. Mint bore.
