SOLD - Colt Woodsman - First Series

7/19/18 - This is a nice example of an original Colt Woodsman, first series production pistol.  Manufactured in 1940, this pistol retains about 94-95% blue remaining with most of the finish loss on either side of the muzzle.  There were three series of the Colt Woodsman and each series had three models: Target, Sport and Match Target.  This is a Sport model, with 4.5 inch barrel and fixed sights.  The original wood grips are in excellent condition and the bore is minty.  Comes with a H.H.Heiser made holster.
