7/8/21 - This is a very nice example of a Colt Police Positive Revolver manufactured in 1922. It is chambered in .38 S&W, not .38 special, which makes it slightly rarer. It is matching and has retained about 97% of its original finish. There is minor muzzle wear, wear on the high edges of the cylinder, and a light roll mark on the cylinder. Dark brown patina and scratchy wear on the straps. There are tiny dots of oxidation throughout. Comes with nice black hard rubber grips - significant chip in the left panel. Minty bore. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth.
