10/14/20 - This is a very nice example of a Colt Official Police Revolver, chambered in .22LR. From the serial number, it was manufactured in 1956. 4" barrel. This gun has retained somewhere between 85-90% of its original high polish finish. Most of the wear is on the back strap. There is spotty wear on the front strap as well. There is muzzle wear, a faint roll mark on the cylinder, scratches on the cylinder, and a few very light scratches here and there on the frame and barrel. The cylinder is tight and the action is smooth. The bore is mint. Excellent Colt grips.
