5/2/18 - This is a World War II era Colt 1911A1, manufactured in 1944 for the US Army. This pistol is fully correct and original with about 95% original parkerized finish remaining. There's minor edge wear on the slide, and an area of finish loss on both sides from where the slide meets the frame. Strong bore with no major flaws. Excellent grips. 'L' marked magazine. Correct Colt barrel.
