1/16/19 - This is a Colt 1911A1 that was part of the Government National Match reworks package. It has a Colt military frame from 1943, with SA (Springfield Armory) rework proof on frame. If features further National Match characteristics such as the rear sight, and the slide and barrel were stamped with the final four digits of the frame serial. The slide is a Government Model slide, and the parts are all paired together then parkerized, leaving an excellent finish on this pistol to pair with a terrific bore. Excellent wood grips.
