9/16/19 - This is a very rare Walther PP in 7.65mm with a bottom release for the magazine. It is an early variation at the start of the police PDM's. We believe that pistols like these, sometimes referred to as "BMR" PP's, are an overrun of the PDM production in the Walther factory. The pistol has a fluted barrel and 90 degree safety. The pistol shows some honest holster wear and is about 85-90%. No rust or pitting. The wear is general thinning, edge wear, and strap wear. All parts are matching and it has a very nice bore that rates 9/10 overall. The magazine is correct and does not have the notch for bottom release, but still period correct.
