9/6/19 - This is a gorgeous example of an all correct and original M1 Carbine, as produced by Underwood in 1944. The metal parts retain about 98% original finish with only very minor thinning. The stock is gorgeous with only minor dings and nicks. Barrel is Underwood marked and dated to February of 1944. Handguard is Underwood marked, as is magazine. Sharp inspector mark and crossed cannons cartouche on the right side of the stock. Original sling. Mint bore.
