8/12/20 - This is a beautiful, engraved pair of WW2-era metal luger grips. Each panel is adorned with a swastika, lion, and blank shield. We believe the shield would've have been reserved for engraving custom initials. We can't be sure, but the grips appear to be made of silver-plated brass. The grips appear period-correct, and we believe they were likely custom-made by a local jeweler or craftsman during WW2. We have included a couple of pictures of what they look like on a gun. PLEASE NOTE: The gun is NOT included in the listing - merely an example! The grips are in great condition - just some tarnish and chipping in the silver plating, both on the reverse sides.
