1/7/19 - This is a beautiful example of a Police issued Walther PPK from 1941, along with original Akah holster. The pistol is a somewhat uncommon variant as it has high-polish blue but the Eagle over N proofs on slide and frame. Bluing rates at about 98% with a nice plum color to the slide. There's minor muzzle wear on each side of the slide, and a little bit of pinpricking on the right side of the slide. Police eagle marking present on left side of frame. Pistol has a minty bore and an excellent finger extension magazine. Grip shows some handling wear and smoothing, but no major cracks. Holster is in great shape, with minor discoloration but no major defects. Sharp DRGM and Akah marking on inner flap. Faint Walther inkstamp internally.
