9/4/20 - This is a beautiful example of a Mauser HSC rig issued to the Nazi Police force in 1942. The rig comes with an original waffenamt holster and two magazines. The gun has the proper "Eagle N" proofs and has an "Eagle L" police proof on the trigger guard. Overall, the gun is in minty condition, retaining a little over 98% of its original finish. The only sign of use is very minor muzzle wear and minor high edge wear on the tang and very bottom of the back strap. There are really small handling marks here and there on the straps as well. Excellent bore - shiny with strong rifling. Minty, period-correct grips. The holster is in very nice condition except for a few handling marks and light cracking in the leather here and there. It is maker-marked, dated 1941, waffenamt, and has a Mauser ink stamp on the inside. The rig also comes with two magazines. One is completely correct. The other has a period-correct tube and a post-war finger extension.
