SOLD - Beautiful Haenel Sporter Mauser Rifle

5/17/18 - This is an excellent condition, scarce commercial rifle, made by C. G. Haenel before WWI. Beautiful bluing with high edge wear and slight fading of the blue, case colored receiver with vivid case colors still present, all matching numbers and excellent wood without defects.  Excellent bore as well. The quality of the Haenel made pre-war rifles were on par with the Oberndorf Mausers of the era. This is a great example of a scarce pre-war gun.
