4/1/19 - This is a super nice condition, early Belgian made variant of the Bergmann Bayard 1910/21 Danish contract pistol that retains about 97% of its original bright blue. It has high edge thinning and a few scratches on the right side but has nice straw and fire blue present on small parts. The gun is all matching except for the magazine, which is only 300 digits off the gun’s serial number. Belgian made 1910/21 pistols are much more scarce than their Danish made counterparts. This one was made at the Pieper factory and has Belgian proofs throughout. The bore has minor corrosion throughout, and somewhat weak rifling. Was not as well cared for as the externals.
