2/25/19 - This is a spectacular example of a highly collectible S&W pre -model 27 revolver, chambered in .357 magnum and equipped with the most desirable barrel length of 3.5 inches. The bluing is deep and lustrous, retaining almost all of its finish, with just a few minuscule handling marks from shifting inside the matching serial numbered box and roll marks on the cylinder. It is an all matching gun, including the excellent grips without defects. The box is also hand numbered on the bottom and matching to the gun. Excellent bore. Made in 1955, the heyday of S&W revolvers, this stunning example would be impossible to upgrade.
