SOLD - BYF 42 Mauser K98 Rifle with Grenade Launcher

6/27/18 - This is an early WW2 production Mauser K98 rifle. The rifle is all correct and matching with a serial numbered and waffen proofed stock. Beautiful metal condition with about 90-95% of the bluing in tact. There is some normal spots of light patina / bronwing wear on the recevier and barrel bands. There's a grenade launcher attachment affixed onto the end of the muzzle. This appears as darker blue and we believe it's a post war production piece. The top is labeled for distance, and serial numbered 0294 Kar 98K. The stock has no cracks or chips. There's minor wear on the butt plate, and a few light scuffs on the wood. The bore has some residue within and it looks like there's light use wear throughout the rifling. Comes with an original leather sling and sight cover.
